Management encourages continuous growth, and they support each of their team members and provide them with the necessary tools they need in order to be successful.

Cons

Continue working on uniting all the stores together in the four states that the company resides in. This has already been improved on immensely!

I have been with the company for just under a year now and I can honestly say that I have no complaints about working here! I had an opportunity to come on as in intern during my senior year of college and once my internship was up, I was offered to come on full-time! This is a great place to work for and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Cons

Like any larger company you want to stand out and make a name for yourself. With Zeigler, they recognize their employees which is something that is tough to find in an organization.

In my many years with Zeigler I have seen a company that has grown in locations and also in it's culture and training and development of it's employees. Zeigler University is a newer program that brings in highly talented speakers from across the world to help you learn and grow both personally and professionally. I have seen many people be promoted from within the group. There are 20 stores in 4 states!

Cons

This is a culture of high expectations, values, and very competitive! Not everyone thrives in this type of culture!
