      Pros

      The leaders of the company are strategic, client centric and focused. While Zelis is a fast growing company, it still feels close knit and personable. The culture is warm, welcoming and flexible and the people make it feels special. Benefits are very generous. It's an exciting time and poised for lots of great things!

      Pros

      We are family! We all work together as a team to get the job done no matter what it takes. Zelis is open to hearing what the associates have to say and give them an open platform to ask questions at our Town Halls. We have an open door policy to always be able to reach out to your Manager to discuss anything. Managers are always willing to work with an associate with any issues that might arise. Our business units work collaberatively on client solutions. The company along with our Focus Group have monthly events for the associates (i.e., ice cream socials, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween contest, Turkey Day event, Holiday decorating contest and many more). We work hard at Zelis but have a good time doing so. There have been many changes to the company over the years with our growth and the company is always looking at ways to make it better.

      Cons

      My only downside of working for Zelis is the commute, however I am able to work remote a few days a week which is very helpful and appreciated.

      Work in Atlanta location Open diverse culture, employees focused, very collaborative teams, very friendly and helpful team members. Leadership team is very thoughtful and committed to continuous improvement of the workforce

      Cons

      Business Growth oriented place, now started heavily investing in business and technology transformation activities, which is not necessarily a con. Timing could have been sooner.
