      Pros

      Though I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience I can honestly say that Zelis has been a great place to work. Just like with any thing, you get what you put into it. The pay is fair and I’ve never had an issue with my commission. The management from the top down sets clear expectations and are very flexible and responsive to people’s individual needs . I think that is most apparent by their great and timely response to the current pandemic. They’ve done everything in their power to keep everyone feeling safe and secure during this unprecedented time. They were well ahead of the curve in sending people home to work remotely and have done so much to make the office a safe place for people to slowly start returning (if they choose to). I’ve been with Zelis for over 3 years now and they’ve been nothing but good to me and my family. No company is perfect but I truly believe that Zelis strives to be a great place to work. Summer hours are a huge plus as well.

      old technology VB6, no structure, no one knows where to find anything. You are on your own. Waste of time.

      Not a place for someone who likes to program.

      This is a fast growing company

      Pros

      There is a lot of passion amongst the teams to improve the claims edits. I see a lot of growth potential. Upper management is supportive in enabling the teams to have access to what is needed to fuel growth and change.

      Cons

      None so far. I have been in this industry for a long time, and Zelis is a breath of fresh air if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard.
