Lack of diversity in the Client Services team, immature co workers, cramped room, micro management, rude HR personnel. A big mess!

Pros

Because the company is growing exponentially, there are a lot of opportunities to make your voice heard and to grow within the organization. If you offer valuable observations, add to the conversations, and are a motivated and hard worker this company is a good place for you.

Cons

Because the company is growing exponentially there are obvious growing pains. But these are being handled and worked through. Some departments need to work together a bit better, but in the time I have been here that has definitely happened and you can see it.
