Collaborative culture - great people Leadership has great intentions and wants to do the right thing Headed toward big, excited things in the future.

Cons

Lots of change happening, but not surprising in a company that is transforming and gearing up for the future. Work/life balance is challenging because of this.

This position definitely has great financial incentives, management is always willing to help, the company is growing and is very big in promoting within, benefits are very reasonable and they match 401 K! Summer hours are a definite perk! Everyone has been very understanding in the office with Covid and are taking all measures to make sure employees are safe when returning to the office.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any negative aspects of my job.
