      Pros

      I have only been at Zelis a short time, but everyone has been very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help me succeed. There is still a family atmosphere as is found in many small companies, but also growing opportunities as the company grows. I am very impressed by the level of knowledge and experience of my co-workers, and am very happy I decided to accept this job.

      Pros

      In a nutshell, Zelis is a great place to work! The people are awesome, the atmosphere is great and they allow you to shine!

      Cons

      A few changes in the benefit packages didn't go over very well but change is to be expected.

      Small work environment.... if that's what you want.... Other than that... this is a good stepping stone for up to 1 year.. after that, you are wasting your time

      Cons

      Inconsistent information from HR to associates. No clear cut answers. And no one knows how to find the answers. HR is not your typical HR and can show bully like tendencies. Unable to process a payrolls correctly. Having consistent issues with over/under deductions and adjustments. New system is not user friendly.
