      The people. High-caliber of talent in the organization. Collaborative work environment. I feel so fortunate to be on an amazing team, and feel supported by my peers as well as mentors and managers.       Little that I have experienced - tough place to keep outperforming yourself when surrounded by such smart and talented people.

      Pros

      Great culture (luncheons, summer Fridays, supportive/fun departments and teams), lots of growth opportunity, strong/stable company. I feel valued as an associate; I've never worked harder in my career and I continue to do so because it is appreciated :)

      None that I can think of, by far the best company I've been a part of.

      Great location, wonderful people, lots of little perks that shows the company cares.

      Cons

      Communication on new hires and departures is inconsistent. New hire setup is not structured as well.
