      Pros

      Solid claims review system that could use some upgrades and have a better flow.

      Cons

      They say they are transparent but in reality they only share what they want you to know and then blindside you with multiple changes/additional work. Major inconsistencies with QA and unrealistic expectations from upper management.

      Okay place to work with decent benefits

      Unlimited PTO for salaried employees, decent benefits and some good people.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for growth and most jobs are moving offshore.They say they put people first but that was not what I saw with regard to promotions and retention.
