Zelis Healthcare is well positioned to experience continued growth in the healthcare industry. The products and offerings are innovative and exciting. They have a focus on using technology to transform their business.

Cons

Every action taken at Zelis is geared toward increasing immediate valuation. If you're opportunistic, you can take advantage of this but otherwise it leads to priority & leadership whiplash. In terms of technology they have two types of initiatives: maintaining very old systems or investing in buzzword-IT like blockchain and AI.

Training is a mess. Don't expect not to be thrown to the wolves. Don't believe 5he job descriptions, as you will be doing TONS of work outside of the scope of your job.
