Growing company with opportunities to move up

Cons

Friday “Zelis Cares” allows you to leave at 3PM. Most of us can’t leave due to the pressure to get work done . Management and executive leaders have no idea and if they do, shame on you. Working into the evenings every night and the weekends is no longer acceptable. Provide raises for those who deserve it.

Pros

Overtime is frequently available that is the only pro.

Cons

This is an incoming call center environment (HR should list that in the job description). Angry customers constantly call in. Management are liars, if you want to lie work here. Every incoming call you will receive you will be lying to the customer. This is not a good department to work in, but if you want to feel overworked and undervalued work here.
