      Pros

      The company invests in technology and staff to responsibly grow the business.

      Cons

      HR is completely disorganized. Even with the best technology, nothing seems to help fix the staffing issues in the department. Turnover is extreme. HR Leadership is absent when it's time to solve problems.

      Great people. High growth, dynamic workplace. If you work hard, the sky is the limit. There are ZERO barriers for advancement. This is not place for low performers. The benefits are some of the best in the industry.

      No cons. It is a growing company and change is inevitable.

      Summer hours and the ability to work remotely. Pay and compensation, decent benefits package, PTO accrual and Sick time accrual.

      Cons

      Poorly managed company with no clear direction. Lack of leadership, zero accountability, zero room room for growth. Lack of training to perform job well.
