      Extremely High Turnover for a Reason

      Pros

      Ok pay and benefits. They are self insured for healthcare so watch out if you have medical issues. You will have a target on you.

      Cons

      Zero training, zero room for advancement, extremely high turnover. Everyone from top management to new hires changes out every 2 years. 70 - 80 hour weeks. They will work you until you burnout and either quit or be forced out. Very young, inexperienced workforce. Older employees stick out like a sore thumb. Don't have medical issues, they will be used against you.

      most of the people - unfortunately many have left

      Pros

      People - I work with a great team. We all work remote at this time but we work well together. We are supportive of each other. Could not ask for a better team. As a recruiter I enjoy working with the different depts. and hiring managers. Everyone has truly helped me better understand the organization and the importance of what we do for our clients.

      Cons

      This is not really a con but more of an observation. The company is ever changing and evolving. If you like to be part of growth and change then you will do well here. If change is hard for you then Zelis might not be the best fit for you at this time. I honestly like the thought behind moving forward and striving to be better and better each day. In the world we live in today If we stay in one place for too long we might not be around tomorrow.
