      Pros

      It was close to my house and met a few nice people that told me not to be afraid to look for something better

      Cons

      The supervisors are not trained and treat the employees unfairly and talk down to you. I cried and have seen people cry while working there, I would not recommend for anyone to go there. I'm not shocked to read these reviews, it's sad to know and relate to what people have to say. Conflicts of interest takes place here

      Pros

      Best coworkers who do their best every day. Loyalty to the client is with the rank and file; senior management care only about the budget.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional work environment. Senior management treats employees like they don't know anything - just do what you are told. Expectations too high impossible to meet much less exceed. pay is low for expectations. Client Services is abusive and getting away with it.

      Pros

      Local office Benefits Pay is descent Client interface There are a few people who care and work as team players.

      Cons

      There is no training program of any kind. No trainer nor "on the job training" is available. It is sink or swim in a pool of piranha. Management is unsupportive to say the least. The morale in the office is really sad and unfortunate. I would not recommend this employer to anyone.
