Some of the people there were very nice. The actual trainer was awesome. The salary they offered was below what I asked for but acceptable.

Cons

The manager was the worst person I have ever worked for, except my direct supervisor who knew absolutely nothing. Do not ever work for this company!

The paychecks never bounced. That was a positive.

Cons

Mangement is an old boys club. A serious lack of progressive culture which rewards employee ghosting , etc. makes this place the worst of my 20+ year career. Was happy to take a buy out and leave.

Service industry employing quality employees who provide superior services. Recognition comes to those who work hard and quality work. Management is open to feedback both positive and negative.

Cons

Growth has stretched resources, which can be positive and negative. Consider relocating office as it's difficult to commute to and parking is expensive.
