The view! Senior Leadership - only on Digital Team and Creative Team Fast pace enviroment (if you're into that) Good Client exposure Accessibility to different tools that helps you with learning Bryon (Managing Director) - Very personable and understanding. Will get to know every employee and tries his best to help you in any way you approach him.

Cons

Health Team - Avoid at all cost, they have higher turn over rate than accounting firms. The Health MD is very condescending and practically impossible to work with unless you are okay with being yelled at constantly and walking out her room crying. Otherwise - 80% of the company has a very toxic environment as well, lots of drama going on. Most senior leaders don't really do anything in terms of training or mentoring to help you grow in your career.

Free snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

Weak compensation, low-level accounts, cliquey colleagues, unfocused and poorly managed teams, absent leadership... this list could go on and on. Most of these flacks wouldn't be able to hold their own elsewhere.
