I've spent the last 8 years working at companies of various sizes. From a 12 employee startup to a 200+ mid-phase startup. Each came with their advantages of early stage companies and the pitfalls. Along the way, I was always told "this is how it is at a startup.” In my time at Ziflow I have not heard anyone at any level mention that we are a startup, let alone lean on that as an excuse for disorganization and poor structure. That alone puts Ziflow at the top of my list of companies I’ve been a part of. The foundation is strong and there is a lot of room to build, I’m excited to see where Ziflow will take me. To this point it has been difficult to find somewhere to be empowered, trusted, and thrive. I’ve found that with Ziflow.
