Pros

- The product is well-developed and solves real and common problems for our customers and prospects. This foundation makes working for Ziflow much easier than some other software companies. - The people they hire are diverse and have amazing experience/skills. You feel confident leaning on your teammates to do a great job while being able to constantly learn from them. - Of all the "People-First" companies I've worked for, Ziflow is the only one that really adheres to that standard. Leaders really encourage you to take care of what's important first (family and mental health) ahead of work projects. On top of that, the dispersed global team is not only cool because you have daily interactions with people around the world; it really validates the idea of flexible hours and working when you need/want to as long as the job gets done. -It's a growing startup! It's a great place to learn quickly and advance your career.

Cons

Meeting with team members around the world can sometimes force early/late calls. But the flexible work hours cancel this out as you can take breaks in the day or call it a day earlier.

Pros

- Remote working is a large benefit all around - Very nice people, intuitive product - Great benefits, employer makes you feel valued - Great Pay - Company embraces the 21st Century, we utilize a lot of automation and tech to make our day-to-day lives easier. - You get treated as an adult.

Cons

- No true negatives over my time here. European pay schedule is different than you may be used too if you're coming from an American company, but is not a negative by any means really. You just get paid in a lump sum instead of bi-weekly.

Pros

Working as a remote employee for Ziflow has been a great experience so far. Everyone here has been extremely supportive for my success since day 1. I tend to ask a lot of questions and my management and team were very happy to help me out. They're even open to me trying new creative ways to do my prospecting, which is cool. The comradrie here is very unique, I made friends with a few of my coworkers already within my team which has strengthened my bond and loyalty to the company. They also don't restrict were you work as long as you can do your job - I was able to travel and visit family while still working. Remote work life is awesome and Ziflow has been great in giving me that flexibility. The commission structure here as a BDR is great too, they pay well for each meeting that gets set and you get even more if the AE deems it a worthy opportunity.

Cons

Onboarding was pretty informal, but management was on top of making sure we were given material and trained about the product and customer. Also they don't provide any stipend or anything like that for equipment you'd need for your WFH setup so just be aware of that.
