Pros

Everyone in the company is very welcoming and always willing to help. Leadership is very supportive and wants you to succeed. The work culture is amazing. It is perfect for anyone wanting to learn and grow. The product itself is incredible and truly makes a difference for customers. Although we are fully remote, leadership has planned a company-wide in person meet up for us, which will be great for everyone to meet the team members we work with on a daily basis - definitely looking forward to it!

Cons

No negatives for me. It would be nice to have had more formal product training during onboarding, but that is already in the works for this year, so that will be great for new team members joining. It helps that everyone is so friendly and approachable, so when questions come up, you never feel uncomfortable asking a colleague.

Pros

It’s a fast and focused environment where everyone is eager to learn and to grow. From the top down, constant improvement is encouraged. I’ve grown more here in a few months than I have in many years at other companies.

Cons

Being fully remote plus the pandemic have made it very hard to hang out in person with all the cool people I communicate with on Slack daily
