Pros

Fantastic product, the team is set up for success, the financial benefits are great and it has a real work / life balance. I loved working there

Cons

I was let go suddenly and with no warning, as were other members of the team. No real explanation. Can only assume it was personal.

Pros

Ziflow is an amazing place to work. They are a fully remote company which means talent is not limited to a specific locality and they hire the best and brightest from around the globe. Everyone works hard and extremely kind and eager to teach, help and guide in way they can. They do have regular all company meet up's (outside of pandemic) to provide the face to face interactions with teammates. Benefits are great with unlimited vacation time. the culture is very positive. All staff are positive engaged in success and learning/growing the business and themselves. The founders are very involved in all aspects of organization and are continually striving to improve our products and processes. They give employees a lot of autonomy to do more better.

Cons

The environment is not for everyone. You have to be a self starter that is comfortable working in a fully remote environment and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Many people wear multiple hats. Having a strong sense of curiosity is important.
