Pros

Zift really cares about their employees. They help employees grow within their position. They have helped employees form their own businesses and hired them as contractors. They are known to hire people back who have left to pursue dreams. You really join a family.

Cons

The pay may not be the highest in the past but with new investors and strategic planning things are looking up.
