A caring environment that looks to provide the best value for its clients. Good ideas are encouraged and acted upon from everyone in the organization. The emphasis is on doing quality work and a lot of authority for decision making is distributed, allowing new ideas to get tested out.

Cons

Rapid growth and the requirement to provide worldwide support sometimes leads to long hours, but flexibility from management helps to keep this reasonable.
