Pros

They offer remote work . They also offer insurance. I was able to work remote while I was in law school to change professions so it was nice to be able to do homework during company time.

Cons

I think the quotas are unreasonable and the turnover speaks volumes about the culture. Also the HR representatives need to show up to the preparation meetings with prospects. I had referred a candidate and the hr representative cancelled and said she needs to take her kid to the park . This is very unprofessional

Hearing feedback like this is difficult, but important. We recognize how strongly you feel about your experience, and we take concerns around expectations and culture seriously. While individual experiences can differ, it’s important for us to understand where trust and support may be breaking down. For current employees, there are established ways to raise concerns and share feedback, including confidential reporting options outlined on the company intranet.

Toxic Work Environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Work from home, decent benefits

Cons

Management tends to protect problematic employees instead of addressing long-standing behavioral issues. This can leave team members feeling unsupported when dealing with verbal abuse or toxic behavior. There’s a tendency to prioritize appearances for leadership rather than genuinely solving problems. Employees may feel pressured to provide positive ratings or feedback that don’t reflect reality, and performance management is sometimes used in a retaliatory way. Complaints raised to HR often seem to result in surface-level actions or cover-ups rather than addressing the root cause. Overall, trust and psychological safety are lacking, and accountability is inconsistent.
