Pros

Zillow has a great, inclusive culture and I really enjoyed working there. The training platform is excellent and they have truly embraced the work-from-home template.

Cons

The mis-handling of Zillow Offers had a dramatic impact on company morale and motivation and Zillow still seems to be figuring out their main focus.

Pros

Commission of up to $3750, if you sell deals for more than that you don’t get compensated for it.

Cons

Stressful work environment. Constantly at competition and asked why you aren’t close deals. If you miss quota for 3 months- kiss your job goodbye!
