Pros

remote role, pick your own hours, can make decent money if you work hard enough and are in with the managers

Cons

micro-managed on activity and sales quota performance, like you are walking on eggshells and can be fired at anytime. quota changes monthly at the whim of the season so its tough to make good money

Pros

It was great at first. They paid well. Work was hard, but worth it because of compensation, atmosphere, training, inclusivity, benefits.

Cons

Pay structure and job requirements changed for the worse. They lost a ton of people. It's one thing to grind as hard as you can all day, every day if you're getting paid fairly. Not worth it if you're not.

Pros

I work originally for Showing Time before Zillow purchased them. Showing Time was a good company.

Cons

After Zillow purchased Showing Time they started to change things and I chose to leave at that time.
