      Good commissions tiers and able to work from home

      Cons

      Worked two years, under three managers. Macro, to middle, than to micro. By the end, you could tell they were wanting people to come into the office and eliminate the remote sector. Since I was hired remote, with no office in my city, and the nearest one being over 1,000 miles away, there was no chance of that happening. Micro manger started being insane with numbers and it just wasn't worth the headache.

      -You have the Highest earnings potential in this role (this is also a con) -Remote -Great co-workers/Culture -New upper management making positive changes

      Cons

      -Monthly quotas, 2 misses in a row and bye bye -No where to go from here. You will most likely makes less as a senior or strategic executive. No real upward Mobility for the last 3 years. -To heavily focused on activity and dials, not actually sales. More praise for reps with high activity and no sales then reps with sales. -real estate market is slow and it’s a tougher sale in this market -Low base salary. If you aren’t hitting 150% every month, you aren’t making good money.

      Culture, Professionalism and their commitment to employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      I was in a startup part of the org and it took a long time to build out systems. We were building the rocket as we went. We weren't hiring people as quickly as we needed them, causing a lot of stress and long hours. Ultimately, they relied too much on their Zestimate to value homes and the company lost a ton of money, causing Zillow Offers to go under.
