9yHi, thanks for your feedback. It's inspiring to hear how you feel about your team and your manager. We work hard to create an environment that fosters that kind of community and drives productivity. Regarding pay, we're consistently ranked as a great place to work. I believe our compensation and benefits package is highly competitive for the type of work, experience required, location, our industry and other factors. Our department covers a ton of hours, and some shifts do start earlier than a typical 9 to 5 job, which is why we're extremely clear in recruiting what shifts are available and what the hours are. In terms of parking, we adjusted the schedules of the entire Seattle office to better match the transit schedule, resulting in +200% increase in amount of bus routes available to teammates withing a 20 mile radius of our building, allowing them to use the bus pass Zillow provides to get to work safely and for free.
