      Zillow is Not A Good Company

      Pros

      They offer remote work . They also offer insurance. I was able to work remote while I was in law school to change professions so it was nice to be able to do homework during company time.

      Cons

      I think the quotas are unreasonable and the turnover speaks volumes about the culture. Also the HR representatives need to show up to the preparation meetings with prospects. I had referred a candidate and the hr representative cancelled and said she needs to take her kid to the park . This is very unprofessional

      Premier agent has burned alot of agents and it is becoming an uphill battle to regain their trust.
