      Pros

      Benefits are extraordinarily good! Salary is fair. And there are opportunities for career growth in several different directions depending on your area of interest. Leadership is very supportive in both the current role, and in getting to the next position. They work hard to ensure that Cloud HQ is effective for both the employee and company so that working from home can be permanent.

      Cons

      Lots of changes happening all the time in the industry. Employees must be adept at keeping up with new policies and sops.

      Pros

      Co-workers are wonderful. And I actually enjoy working with my manager. Splashy Brand name to work for.

      Cons

      Ever changing monthly goalposts, Claw backs, Poor senior leadership that is extremely out of touch with the market, clients and general market conditions. Company is trying so hard to move "up market" and is firing many current long time paying customers to cater to larger teams. Also, ramming down new products that do not work functionally and charge top dollar. Churn is extremely high with clients and employees. Employee morale is at an all time low. It's really a shame. Buyer beware.
