      Fulltime wfh if you’re into that. Monthly home office stipend.

      Cons

      Culture has shifted in several ways. Hiring is primarily done in Mexico. Ratings scale changes every year. Benefits are less than they used to be. Politics and performative output are more common. Engineers are required to do more without equivalent compensation increases

      What used to be a wonderful place to work is no longer. Rolling layoffs, Limited career growth. Shifting priorities every 6 weeks. Quarterly re-orgs. A huge amount of female leaders have left in the past few years, so what was once a wonderfully diverse company is now the most stereotypical tech place.
