Zillow isn't perfect, and I didn't expect it to be!
Pros
There are definitely brilliant minds at the company, and people are more than willing to help the next person out, which then has a trickle down effect that only leads to more collaboration and getting things done. My manager has been a great support when it comes to allowing me to think through how I want to approach something versus telling me what to do every step of the way, or essentially holding my hand unnecessarily. Work/life balance is there, as it's easy to request for time off when you need it. UPDATE: Not sure why my CEO approval section was marked as an X (or not approved). My take on the CEO is neutral at this point.
Cons
The handling of Zillow Offers is probably Zillow's Achille's Heel, and will likely be for a while. But we're all trying to move on from that and look ahead to the future, which in my opinion holds promising things.
