      I supposed you could say the money for an entry level position.

      Cons

      rapidly ever changing sales environment. Constant quota changes - on a monthly basis. Changing comp plans. Doing more work that what your title holds and not getting paid for the extra duties such as helping other departments that are irrelevant to your job.
