Pros

Remote work and benefits were good.

Cons

Toxic sales environment. Did not streamline efficiency when it came to their sales reps. Sales executives were playing the role of a BDR, SDR, and AE all in one.

Pros

Fantastic team culture with supportive peers and collaborative leadership. You're trusted with high-impact accounts and given autonomy to manage relationships strategically. The role is meaningful — you truly get to help teams grow their businesses with a product that delivers real value. Feedback is encouraged, and the company is transparent and mission-driven.

Cons

For the level of ARR and account responsibility CSMs manage — especially on Platform accounts — compensation feels slightly below market. The pace is fast, and success requires juggling many hats, so strong organization is essential. Some internal processes could be streamlined to reduce duplication of effort.
