You are correct that it is a challenge to keep pay properly aligned as we grow. We are doing a much better job at this lately, and it has been great having a real compensation analysis function recently. This has helped a lot.

I agree that we aren't great at communication between departments. We need to be better at this. I think we are pretty good between tech and marketing, but could always be better. Coordination and communication between sales and tech is also something we are working on improving.
