      Pros

      Great employee benifits and compensation. The people are enthusiastic and hard working.

      Cons

      Loud Music can be very distracting during work day. The building management is very strict on parking passes and visitors.

      Thank you for this review from the Irvine office. We now have over 100 people in Irvine (and lots of open jobs). We're adding another floor to the office there, and growing rapidly. I love the vibe in the OC office. People there are really fired up, and we have a great mix of salespeople and product people there. I visited the Irvine office today actually and had a great time, as always.

      First inside sales job in corporate: I'm spoiled

      Pros

      Great benefits, company always has food for employees, upbeat atmosphere, wear whatever you want to work, and overall not a very difficult job doing inside sales. The company has such a strong brand nationwide that it makes the entire job so easy. I truly believe that the only reason someone would leave the company would be because it were not a good personal fit, not because of the company itself.

      Pros

      Awesome culture of mutual respect, team work, and growth. It's a place for both employees who have families and those who are just starting out their carriers and want to work hard and burn the midnight oil. Company still retains its startup culture and encourages openess

      Can't really think of much.

      Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm really glad that you've had a good experience here. It's particularly cool to see that you think we have retained our "startup culture" - that's something which I work hard at, and it is difficult given our size. But it's important that we remain nimble and keep all the benefits of being a startup but also have the benefits of significant resources from being a big company. Trying to get the best of both worlds, and I think we're doing a good job at it.
