Pros

Pay was ok depending on your market

Cons

Micromanage you to death, Every single thing you did was recorded and reviewed, calls, texts, emails. Didnt matter if you were killing it at your job, if you didnt follow the script or hit the right amount of minutes on the phone in a day you were written up/
