Pros

Nice people, free food, located in Florida.

Cons

In an age where workplaces strive for inclusivity, respect, and equitable treatment, Zimmerman Advertising serves as a stark cautionary tale. Illustrating the pitfalls of prioritizing profit above all else within an agency, employees are not regarded as valued team members but rather as expendable assets. Behind the façade of corporate-approved smiles lies a suffocating atmosphere of fear and oppression. Jordan, the founder, rules with an iron fist, leaving a trail of misogyny and malevolence that has scarred every assistant who has been duped into the position. DON'T BE FOOLED. Jordan's management style is marked by verbal abuse, hurling insults and belittling remarks that poison any sense of camaraderie or morale. His ego permeates the air, overshadowing any semblance of teamwork. His demands yield unwavering devotion with the expense of sacrificing employees' time, sanity, and dignity. In the corporate annals, Jordan will not be remembered as a visionary leader but as a cautionary tale—a warning of the perils of unchecked power. Working under him means enduring constant turmoil, with one's worth measured not by talent or contributions but by endurance of his tyranny. It is a soul-crushing experience, masquerading as professional growth.

Pros

- Fast Pace - Pretty Bulding - Great learning Envirenment for youth talent - Pay can be good...for some - Room for growth

Cons

- Very Demanding - Poor Worklife balance - No solid exit time. Say it is 9-6 but on average its more 9-8pm (sometimes later) - Pay is mostly low for most, so would recommend for people trying to get there feet wet in advertising.
