They take daily attendance of every employee that walks into the building, with the threat of being terminated if you show up just 1 minute late to the 9 to 6 pm in-office job 5 days a week. Horribly toxic culture and work environment.

They stand at the entrance to write down what time you arrive and threaten to fire you if you walk in a minute past 9:00am on the dot. ZERO flexibility with work life balance. They’ll force you to go into the office every day just for your bosses to be fully remote and to join teams calls all day with people who sit right by you. They lead with fear. Anything good they give their employees they end up taking away.
