Don't let the new building fool you. Nothing has changed.
Pros
The lower level people: young, social, and active. People hang out with each other on nights and weekends. Human Resources sponsors different events and activities. When you leave, you'll have a decent name on your résumé.
Cons
There is absolutely no leadership from the upper management, and zero transparency. The executives do not care about the lower level employees at all. They are too myopic to understand that constantly training new employees is significantly more expensive over the long-term than training and retooling existing employees. The pay and benefits are pathetic. The health insurance options are subpar and expensive. The education reimbursement is a joke. The 401k match is only average. Zimmerman has a sweatshop and revolving door reputation that they actively acknowledge and don't care to change.
