Decent place to gain first year experience, but not necessarily worth the heart or head ache.
Pros
-Great Company Spirit, they put on some employee events and its fun to take a break and hang out with your fellow employees. They are few and far between, but great when they come. -Valet parking, it can be a pain, but when you're running late, its nice not to have to search for a parking spot. -The feeling you get when you see your finished projects on TV or hear them on the radio. Its great to see the final product you've been working on in the flesh.
Cons
-They don't pay you NEARLY anywhere close to what they should, for what they ask you to do. -Many late nights spent working until 10pm+ and no recognition or compensation. That's wrong. -Management tells you that it rewards hard work with promotions and raises, they don't. It's all about politics and who likes who better. -They won't fire people who are clearly incompetent to handle the job and work load, all because of the amount of paperwork it entails, meaning you are stuck to deal with them time after time, with major money mistakes and taking on a bigger work load. -My advice, if you are considering working here, look at it as a paid-for grad school. But honestly, I would stay as far away as possible.
