Pros

the best reason to work here is the feeling you get when you get another job.

Cons

CEO is a deranged man. The team under him isn't much better. Current advertising trends are lost on them as they have no resources to new technology or research. They lie to their clients, they fudge reports and sometimes have committed fraud. The accounts they win are usually one step away from bankruptcy. They win them by lowering their fee and taxing staff that works on other accounts. The department heads are either too scared to tell Jordan he is wrong or too stupid to know. You will regret working here. Usually it takes 2 to 3 months. Low pay long hours, no respect.

Pros

there are no pros, would give zero stars if that was an option

Cons

Toxic environment. The CEO is a horrible person who sends agency-wide emails he thinks are inspiring but they use giant font so it feels like he’s just screaming at you. The pay is low, the hours are long (it’s a sweat shop). There’s limited paid time off, zero flexibility in the work day. You’re expected to be at your desk before 9AM and if you’re not, your name goes on a list for a “talking to” and a threat you’ll be fired. The threats are not idle, they will fire you if you land on that list a few times. Promotions are promised that never happen or take forever and the bump in pay is tiny when it does happen. Teams are understaffed and overworked, they make mistakes and clients get mad. The CEO calls it The Machine and you’re just a replaceable cog.
