1. Zero flexibility. 2. Leadership tries to lead with fear (of losing job) - archaic toxic culture. Z needs a younger leader that doesn't still believe the only way to success is being the first one into the office and the last one out (LOL) Only people over 60 think that way. 3. Toxic work culture - people kept in fear for their jobs to keep them under control 4. Your life does not in any way matter. Please know that you are 100% seen as a slave and will be treated as such. 5. Zero work-life balance. 6. The founder likes to remind employees they'll never be a millionaire if they're the first to leave. Anyone in their right mind knows you don't become a millionaire working for someone else; especially someone who forces all employees to be onsite 9 hours a day without exception. SThe sameapplies to single parents. 7. Working from home is not allowed in any capacity. However, most of your team will be remote from other cities and all of your meetings will be online, so... If you have a medical first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon, please know that you will not be paid as you'll be forced to take a half day.
