      Pros

      If you are new to the field and require a resume builder, this will help as long as that is how you view your opportunity. Casual work environment located in sunny South Florida

      Cons

      Ethical concerns exist for those who are more experienced. Layoffs with no severance, actual annual revenues that are a fraction of advertised revenues, a chairman who travels exclusively by private jet - who pays? customers? "investigations" into employee dissent. HR is best utilized elsewhere. Customers disapear quickly with no explanation to te workforce who services the accounts. As these customers disappear, so do employees who serviced these accounts

      Pros

      I enjoy working with the creative teams on client projects. Although they are overworked---most working on multiple clients-----the creative teams always are able to meet unbearable time lines given by senior management. Office is located in Fort Lauderdale.

      Cons

      Company does not treat their employees well-----as stated by others it is a real sweat shop Company can't seem to hold onto any clients----they may win them but they lose them just as fast Senior Management does not want you to really take your vacation time----even though it is one of their few benefits Very difficult for them to recruit new people as the reputation on the street is bad....so the current employees have to work more hours with no pay
