1. Great culture. Everyone works super hard and is super motivated to reach aggressive goals. 2. Lots of opportunity to take ownership and make a large impact. Leadership is very focused on hiring stellar people and empowering them to operate independently and do their best. 3. Solving a hard problem that startups usually shirk away from. Ambitious founders with a large vision.
Cons
1. Distributed company from day 1. Because we're in 5 timezones, the company never sleeps. You can start your morning and already be behind on work. You have to be okay with lots of travel and long hours. 2. Like all startups in hypergrowth, we move fast and break things. You have to be okay with lack of structure and having to do things yourself.
