Pros

Great culture where people are rewarded for results and work/life balance is respected. Solid commission structure and a chance to overachieve on quota. Excellent product that solves a major cost issue in the space. The folks in architecture and engineering are intelligent and truly passionate about developing solutions for customers. The technology is on the cutting edge and the future is bright.

Cons

It's a startup in a competitive space. Many prospects already have a solution in place.

Pros

Zinier has built a highly differentiated platform as a service product, that is a game changer for the field service industry. The ability to build and deploy apps rapidly to automate field service delivery is a very innovative approach to a market filled with old school tech stacks. The market is ripe for a second wave of disruption, and Zinier is well positioned to be driving change. What makes the experience the most rewarding are the people you are surrounded by. The team here works hard and plays hard. The environment is very collaborative, and the team goes after solving problems together as one unit. I have never felt cornered even when navigating difficult situations. The management team is very reachable and personable.

Cons

It is a global company with operations across the globe. That means we often have to do calls and work weird hours. Management does try to reduce such meetings as much as possible, but sometimes you just gotta get on the phone and get things done. Coming out of 2020, the company went through a corporate re-arrangement, and teams were restructured and reshaped. It was definitely the right move, to give the company the agility it needs to continue innovating and owning the market. This company is not for people who are not ready to go the extra mile, pick up the next block and keep building.

Pros

I truly love the people at this company. There is a feeling of "oneness", and everyone is always ready to help. The company is young but is already very global and very diverse. The Zinier product will forever change the way companies deliver service on its base of field assets. The leadership team is very approachable, open to diverse ideas, and you feel valued.

Cons

Things move super fast and can be overwhelming at first. This is not the right place for folks who are not ready to be challenged to execute with quality and lightning fast. The culture at Zinier is to never settle until, and feedback among all team members is to the point and very straightforward (always very professional). But that can be freaky for some people. All the teams work hard, and different time zones can mean calls at awkward hours.
