Pros
The people at Zinier, work hard and play hard. A highly innovative product that is well differentiated in the market. The leadership team is very personable and approachable. You will succeed here if you have the drive and rigor to take ownership and make things happen. The company is now at an inflection point with the latest platform as a service launch, and will take the market by storm. Incredibly smart and hardworking team. This is the first company where I feel I am surrounded by people who truly care about each others success. The team is very diverse and global and given us a unique opportunity to solve problems which scale across the world.
Cons
The company went through a bit of reorganization coming out of 2020 (Covid 19 happened). Business units were streamlined, and layers removed to make the org much more agile. Not everyone made the cut, and certain business units were either removed or absorbed into other orgs. While the changes did put the company in a path of tremendous success; some people were let go, and that annoyed some individuals. It's unfortunate to read some of the recent negative reviews, because it's a company with good people, who are doing everything to be collectively successful. It's a startup, change happens, ups and downs happen. As long as the leadership team keeps up the candor and keeps everyone honest, I have no doubt this company will be a huge success.
