Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that your time at Zinnia so far has felt positive, particularly around work–life balance and the opportunity to do innovative work. We also appreciate you calling out communication as an area to improve. We know that as Zinnia has grown and evolved, communication hasn’t always been as clear or consistent as it should be. That’s something we’re actively working on as we make changes to how we operate and collaborate. We’re aiming to bring more clarity and consistency to our communications and also bring in other channels like email and our newly launched Intranet. Feedback like this matters to us. It helps reinforce what’s working while reminding us where we still need to get better. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We hear the frustration in what you’ve described, and we recognize that the period following the acquisition was difficult for many. During the integration, Zinnia did not always get the balance right between moving quickly and preserving what mattered to teams, and that had a real impact on the employee experience. Since then, we’ve reflected on what didn’t work and why. We've made changes to our operating model all with the goal of being more thoughtful, transparent, and people-centered, especially when it comes to how teams are supported through change. While this doesn’t undo your experience, we do want to acknowledge it honestly. Feedback like this is an important part of helping us learn and improve as an organization.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We recognize that the period you’re describing, moving from a service-oriented model toward a more product-focused company, created real uncertainty and frustration for many employees. We do appreciate you acknowledging the cultural improvements underway. Today, leadership is more focused on building strong teams, investing in talent, and creating clearer paths for growth and impact. We are actively working within our People team to build stronger and more transparent processes. There is still work to do, and feedback like yours reinforces the importance of staying focused on people, not just structure.
