* A very engaged leadership who wants to make a change * Great technology ecosystem and good backing from the leadership * Long term bullish attitude of PE * Great mix of new blood who is ready to breakdown all barriers and old guard who has been in industry and knows how to operate & make things work * Product Vision and direction is good * Great employee centric policies like Work From Anywhere, Unlimited PTO, etc. has been introduced

Cons

* There has been bleed on the talent especially folks who have been around * Processes are not documented and is still evolving which causes pain

Clear value proposition! Objective driven outcomes are milestones enroute to the pinnacle of performance: An exceptional insurance experience for the entire service chain! Empowered associates! We are not only positioned to serve as change agents and insurance innovators within the scope of our functions, but we are empowered to lean in and challenge anything that gets in the way of delivering an exceptional insurance experience! Unparalleled learning opportunities! If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. The scope of opportunities means that there is something new to learn every day! On top of that, the Learning and Development team has a huge offering of regimented opportunities as well!

Cons

The team has made an incredible amount of positive and impactful changes in a short period of time. The next step is to challenge, change, and where necessary remove administrative and non-value-added activities. There is a good communication dynamic in place, and we’re poised to turn the next corner!

Pros

- There is a new executive team in place that is reshaping the company with bold moves focusing on making people's lives better. - The people I interact with are smart, curious, and always nice to each other. - I feel I can trust people around me, I can share the issues I encounter without being judged. - We are building exciting tech and the future is bright and filled with challenging adventures.

Cons

- Merging of different companies into one new larger one will probably create friction. - I feel this is not the ideal place for someone looking for comfort the status quo. You will be challenged and pushed to perform, but in a nice way to help you grow professionally. - Although long term vision is clear, in the medium term there is some uncertainty, which can feel scary. But at the same time uncertainty is what forces us to evolve and get better.

Change is always a process that can be stressful and have bumps in the road. We appreciate that all of our team members are patient with us as we continue to solidify the short-term. However, the end goal of Zinnia is clear: to create an exceptional experience by transforming the industry. We are working to ensure everyone here has the tools necessary to become the professional they want to be. That does require performance and the ability to create change along the way. We are all empowered and we are all asked to pursue excellence together. Anyone open to the possibilities will have an exciting future here.
