Great Company - Cares for Employees!

Pros

You can tell that Zinnia leadership cares for their team members, we have had a lot of great changes recently which are so exciting such as flexible PTO policy, work from anywhere policy, free breakfast in the Topeka office, etc.! Also the benefits are great. I feel like we are definitely going in the right direction!!

Cons

Lots of change, this isn't a bad thing at all, there are just a lot of moving parts at the moment, but like I said above, you can tell we are moving in the right direction!

We are excited to hear that the changes being implemented are working to create a workplace people want to be a part of. Change is difficult and we appreciate your patience as we continue to move forward. Together, we are building something new and, while it can be scary at times, is very exciting!

Benefits are great! Love the people I work with and the new way forward is an absolute breath of fresh air.

Cons

Work/life balance has been an issue, however, this is being addressed.

An Exciting Future Ahead

Pros

Zinnia represents an exciting future for what was formerly SE2. Change was definitely needed, and I see the way the executive team has recognized this and is working towards improving things for EVERYONE. We've moved towards: - Work From Anywhere policy - Flexible Time Off - More open and transparent communication - Competitive Pay - Improved benefits (including parental leave, which is huge!!) I can't help but be super excited about where things are going in the future. I know true change takes time and effort, so I'm ready to be patient and invest in our future!

Cons

Change takes time. I know it's hard sometimes to adjust, things can feel unsure at times, but I also know that we're heading towards a really bright and people-first future.
