      Medical Plan - High Deductible Health Paln - Harder to manage when you have small children Benefits like working from her are left to management discretion (personal work styles) and does not seem to be administered based on business need.

      Pros

      Great people, interesting projects, strong financial leadership (especially given current banking climate). Most people enjoy a great work / life balance.

      Cons

      Reactionary "firefighting" culture a result of a lack focus and strategic vision. Health benefits lacking. Company could benefit from better "wellness" programs (ie a gym).

      Pros

      I enjoyed a lot of stability during my years at the bank - very seldom was there a reduction in force. There was a broad exposure to various technology tools and platforms in the bank's environment. Banks have deep pockets to fund lots of projects.

      Cons

      Bank is very bottom line focused. Funds are tight given current economic environment for financial institutions Politics are very hard to get around at the bancorp.
