Pros

They give exceptional service to higher profile clients and treat those employees like gold.

Cons

The tellers are treated poorly compared to the rest of the employees. This was not just my opinion but all the tellers in my branch and several in the region (South East Idaho)

Pros

I work with great people who seem to care. Unfortunately it stops there.

Cons

Management wants to make a name for themselves and they do so at the expense of great people, and great departments. It's always about the bottom line and bankers are asked to sell sell sell. Zions used to be about relationships. Not anymore. Clients are leaving the bank and finding better service at Credit Unions. Don't even

Pros

Good Local Company that does put resources back into the community both dollars and people. Company has been around a long time. Scott Anderson is a dynamic leader

Cons

Have lost their identity...They have forgotten who keeps them in business and it is not just the customers. There seem to be more Executive Vice Presidents and Senior Vice President than front line workers.....
